Balancing and Bug Fixing Patch

Balances for all towers including:
- Artillery damage increased from 75 to 85, cost increased from 200 O and 200 V to 500 O and 800 V.
- Cannon damage decreased from 50 to 85, its cost decreased from 50 O and 50 V to 40 O and 40 V.
- Flamethrower AOE damage decreased from 1.1 to 1, cost increased from 100 O and 100 V to 120 O and 120 V.
- Gatling damage decreased from 5 to 4, its cost increased from 100 O and 50 V to 240 O and 240 V.
- Gatling damage decreased from 4 to 3, its cost increased from 125 O and 100 V to 260 O and 280 V.
- Vinculum and Opalium Miner cost increased from 50 O and 50 V to 250 O and 250 V.
- Mortar AOE damage decreased from 25 to 20, its cost increased from 150 O and 150 V to 200 O and 200 V.
- Poison Tower AOE damage decreased from 0.05 to 0.02 , its cost increased from 75 O and 100 V to 180 O and 240 V.
- Railgun cost increased from 50 O and 100 V to 800 O and 800 V.
- Slowness cost increased from 100 O and 100 V to 160 O and 80 V.
- Enemy Speed now increases by 2% until round 24, 12% from round 25 to 44 and then 24% from round 45 onwards;
Bug Fixes:
- Slow Towers no longer stack.
- Bloom Enabled on backend.
